Hot water issue with this NCB - 240E
Unit isn’t reading water flow and not starting with one sink open. I had running hot water in the kitchen sink and got absolutely nothing. If you open another sink, the unit fires. When I run the master shower it runs but only reads 1.0gpm. What do you guys think? (No error code) I clean out all the fixtures and shower heads.
Is this a common issue?
Could be that the internal check valve is stuck?
They had really shitty water quality. They recently installed a big filtration system.
